- NTB Policies: – Our Lawyer Hayley MacDonald to distribute an index of NTB policies to Trustees for review.
- Oceans Hotel: – A meeting of the Oceans Chair and Directors with the Copthorne and Marlborough Executives will be arranged by the 19th October at 11am by Martin Cleave.
- Ngātiwai Story: – Kris MacDonald will research information from locals regarding the Ngātiwai story and show case it to kaumātua so they have an understanding of what the region has to offer.
- James Street Carpark: – Discussion around potential development. Discussed that NTB make a submission to Council regarding the potential development of James Street Carpark.
