Ngātiwai Trustee to Whananaki marae Kathy Caldwell and her son Barry went into the Ngāti Hine
Health Trust Covid 19 Vaccination Centre on Walton St recently to receive their vaccination.
Kathy and Barry went to Ngāti Hine Health’s recent ‘Open Day’ where they were able to walk into the Centre and get their vaccination.
Kathy says “Its about hauora, just like the regular flu vaccination I get, this one is another rongoā I had to keep me well.”
Ngāti Hine Health CEO Geoff Milner says “Kia Ora Ngātiwai, it is a pleasure to serve you. The next clinic day is the 16th June 2021.”
“Let’s organise Ngātiwai whānaunga to come in on from the 16th of June onwards. All we need is an indication of numbers, the earlier arrival the better and bring a guitar!” says Geoff.”
